Booking Policies
Deposit
A 30% deposit is required on all bookings to secure your date. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 2 weeks before your event date.
Service Area & Delivery
We proudly serve Southern Louisiana. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Baton Rouge; beyond that, a delivery fee of $1.50 per mile applies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 5 or more days before the event forfeit the deposit, with no additional charge. Cancellations made 4 days or fewer before the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on total package cost.
Digital Gallery
Your digital photo gallery is delivered within 72 hours of your event, ready to download and share with your guests.
